Demolition of a building or structure requires careful consideration and the support of a dedicated demolition company. With over a half-century of experience, Metals and Plant have been involved with all manner of demolition projects, from small private properties to large multi-storey buildings, along with more specialised and non standard building types. We are able to efficiently plan and project manage all types of demolition projects and advise on the quickest, safest and most environmentally sound course of action. We utilise structural engineers calculations, building specification, specialist high reach equipment/excavators and occasionally explosive and implosion demolition techniques, depending on the nature of the contract. This allows us to safely dismantle and demolish the most demanding high-rise buildings whilst maintaining our excellent safety and environmental record.
