Mechanical strip out of a roof level plant room at Kingston hospital, London. The work consisted of removing 2 x large braithwaite water tanks , 2 x small galvanized water tanks with associated pipe work, air handling unit and associated ductwork all with specialized cold cutting methods. The large cast concrete plinths under the air handling unit were removed working out of hours due to noise restrictions. As always the work was completed on time and safely with all restrictions (notice, dust, public interface etc) properly managed to leave the client thrilled
